Homes designed to suit Client’s current and future requirements.  Plans for alterations and extensions to existing structures prepared.  Existing buildings measured and “As-built” drawings drawn.  Plans prepared and submitted to legitimise unapproved buildings

• Submissions to Local Municipalities:

Preparation of plans and documentation for submission to Local Municipalities for new buildings, for alterations/additions and for existing buildings.  Preparation and submission of requests for relaxation of building lines.

• Site Administration and Management:

Sites attended to coordinate the efforts of contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers; in order to ensure that good quality projects are completed timeously within budget.

• 3D modelling and rendering:

Three dimensional modelling and “fly-through’s” prepared for presentation purposes.
